A hydrofilter is the device that chills and purifies air removed from the ventilation system and is designed as a high efficiency water filter with cooling water closed circulation system.
The main purpose of the hydrofilter is to exclude safely a combustion occurrence and a subsequent fire in the exhaust air ducts in the public catering facilities, and to reduce smokiness, sooting and grease deposits on the walls of the air ducts as well. The air wet cleaning and cooling are provided with the use of a water curtain and the filters provide a mechanical cleaning as well.
