You can install a vertical grill anywhere: on a patio of the restaurant, on the veranda, on the terrace or in a closed kitchen. In the latter case, it is recommended to use an exhaust hood and a hydraulic spark extinguisher indoors.
The grill consists of an oven cavity made of black steel or food grade stainless steel, lined with refractory bricks. It has 1, 2 or 3 charcoal storages, depending on the desired height of the device.

- Grill skewer (with manual or motor drive), on which a large piece of meat is threaded. It is installed in an upright position;
- Grease drip pan.
- Electric (motor) drive.

The horizontal shawarma device consists of the following components:
- Jacked surrounded with refractory brickwork;
- Horizontal skewer with manual or motor drive;
- Grill installed on the jacket.
At the request of the customer, additional shelves can also be installed, where you can lay out the ingredients for the dish.
The device is manufactured using food-grade stainless steel, boiler-grade steel, and cast iron. These materials are not afraid of moisture, corrosion, or high temperature.
